How can I get my parcel? Can I get it at home?

Normally we shipped our stuff to global through Express company, such as DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMS and others. All of them can provide door to door service.

What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel or the items I received with defects or damage?

After shipment you will get a tracking number, it can help you track till get it. In addition if there are something damage or with defects, please don’t worry. Just please provide the pictures, we will give you corresponding compensation, like refund or replace.

Should I pay other fees when the parcel arrive?

If the parcel arrive and produces custom tax, you should pay it. But we usually write a lower amount on the invoice to help customer avoid it. It is better that customer can provide us an expected amount as declare value.
